Dr. Padmaraj Ankale is a highly respected and accomplished Consultant Pulmonologist with more than 13 years of extensive clinical experience in respiratory medicine, critical care, and interventional pulmonology. As the founder of RV Healthcare – Pulmonary & Surgical Clinic, Santacruz (W), he is committed to providing advanced and ethical lung care with compassion, precision, and world-class expertise.

Dr. Ankale completed his M.D. in Pulmonary Medicine from the prestigious Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College & Research Centre, Mumbai, following his M.B.B.S. from KIMS University. He has trained at multiple leading tertiary-care institutions including P.D. Hinduja National Hospital, Jaslok Hospital, and K.J. Somaiya Super Specialty Hospital, gaining rich experience in emergency medicine, general medicine, CVTS, bronchoscopy, thoracoscopy, ICU care, and airway management.

His expertise lies in interventional pulmonology, and he has completed advanced certified training in Diagnostic & Interventional Bronchoscopy, Thoracoscopy, EBUS, Rigid Bronchoscopy, Pleural Procedures, IPFT, Sleep Studies, and critical care management. Over the years, Dr. Ankale has presented multiple research papers at national and international conferences including ERS (Milan, London), NAPCON, and NESCON. He has also published high-impact research papers in reputed Indian and international medical journals and has been awarded a Grant-in-Aid under RNTCP for his thesis on Tuberculosis.

He has also served as Faculty at various national conferences.

Currently, he serves as a consultant pulmonologist at leading hospitals across Mumbai including Nakshatra Hospital (Andheri West), Criticare Asia (Juhu), Thunga Hospital (Juhu), K.J. Somaiya Hospital (Sion), Kapadia Hospital (Goregaon West), and SBS Hospital (Andheri West). He is also an Assistant Professor at K.J. Somaiya Medical College and Specialist Medical Consultant at Topiwala Hospital, Goregaon West (Drug Resistant TB).

With a strong clinical background, advanced procedural skills, and a patient-centric approach, Dr. Ankale is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for asthma, COPD, TB, ILD, sleep disorders, lung cancer, respiratory infections, and all chest-related diseases.
